What is a Waiver?

The client will be asked to also agree to the attestation that they have read and understand the risks associated with receiving lash extensions, and that they are willingly signing away their right to make a claim.

Waivers are legal documents that protect you by showing that you’ve practiced due diligence. A waiver essentially transfers the risk from your business to the client.
